simply visit our store. Service pricing does not include hardware,
software, or other non-service items that may be required to complete
your order. We offer many more services not listed here, please contact
us for pricing and availability. We can fix any computer problem!
Our customers always have the option of choosing hourly billing,
instead of package or flat-rate pricing. Typically, flat rate pricing
is a better value, however. Certain services are provided on an hourly
basis.

Hourly and
Remote Service |
All hourly services carry a one hour minimum, and are billed in 15-minute increments thereafter.

Non flat-rate services, such as network or server troubleshooting may be billed hourly, at SwifTechs discretion.
Standard business hours are 9AM-6PM, M-F.
Saturday and Sunday services are only offered in-store at this time.

Remote Access Service
|
We can take over your computer! (and fix it remotely with our SECURE,
CUSTOMER-ASSISTED software). Just a few clicks and you can let us take
control of your PC.
More than 50% of basic computer issues can be solved in this way, and its much faster than driving to our store.

Available during regular business hours, and after hours upon request. Some restrictions may apply.

$100-$120 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
Minimum connection charges apply:
